Chronoscope is available under the LGPL 2.1 as well as a commercial license with support, and an OEM license.
Regardless of which license you choose, if you fix a bug, add a feature, or otherwise would like to contribute a patch or relevant code, styles, etc. we ask that you first sign and fax a contributor's agreement so that your contribution can be incorporated into later versions for everyone.
